Payment and refund

 

Secure payment system : When you make a purchase, our site uses a number unique to your device and a unique transaction code. Your card number is never stored on your device or on Alisonmarket's servers. Our site has a secure payment SSL certification.

Refunds : We issue refunds for your returned orders based on the payment method you used when placing your order.

Please note: The processing of your return may take a little longer depending on the workload involved.

Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, TWINT, Paypal, Bancontact, iDEAL, Applepay, GPay, Western Union,

 

Paiement sécurisé

 

The return amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card. The date and refund will be visible on your statement.

PayPal: The return amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. Then it is up to you to determine if you want the amount to be deposited in your PayPal account or transferred to your bank account.

Payment / PostFinance Card: Your order will be refunded to your PostFinance account.

TWINT: Your order will be refunded to your TWINT account.

Bancontact: Your order will be refunded to your account

iDEAL: Your order will be refunded to your account.

Applepay: Your order will be refunded to your account.

GPay: Your order will be refunded to your account

Payment by invoice: The amount of the corresponding invoice is deducted automatically. You will only pay for the items you want to keep.

Payment by Western Union: The transfer costs for receipt and refund will be borne by the customer.

Prepayment:Your bank account is credited. It takes 5 working days before you can receive the amount you paid in your account.

For orders from our partners, you must contact us to provide us with your bank details.

Have you made the transfer yet? If yes, your bank account will be credited with the amount you specified. It takes 5 working days before you can receive the amount you paid in your account.

Gift card: In case of return of the order, the value of the gift card remains on your customer account as a credit or it will be replaced by a new code which will be sent to you by email and transferred to your customer account in the form of a customer credit note.

Partial return of items: The value of the gift card will be deducted from the amount of the items kept.

Next Day Return: We do not refund shipping costs.
